Delivery
We aim to process orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Physical items are sent via Royal Mail. You can choose your postage option at checkout. Digital items are processed automatically and sent via email. Please check your junk folder for emails from us and add figurenotes@drakemusicscotland.org to your safe sender list.
Collection
You can collect your order from Drake Music Scotland’s Edinburgh office. Please select ‘local collection’ at checkout. You can arrange a collection time during office hours by calling 0131 659 4766 or emailing Figurenotes@DrakeMusicScotland.org. You can find our office details on the Contact Us page.
Returns
Please contact us if there is a problem with your order. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for any reason. However, we are unable to refund postage costs or cover the return postage. We can only offer free returns if the item is faulty.
